I took these photos a few weeks ago here in London on a day when it was sunny but still cold! and as someone who gets cold easily-sometimes tights are just not adequate :-(  so I decided to wear my slashed jeans. I just love the combination of black, yellow and gold.

Somedays you are just in the mood to wear something really bright!-and that was one of those days......
Bright colours just elevate my mood, especially sunshine yellow and hot pink :-D

Naturally, nerves get the better of me taking outfit shots out and about-so you can't really "see" the happiness-but it's in there ;-)

    I love this outfit, and yes! bright colors absolutely brighten up my day and I find when I need a pick me up, I go for orange, cobalt, or raspberry and hot pink! Love your blog and your ootds on tpf!

    Bright colors totally elevate my mood! Especially on those gloomy days - throw on a bright colored piece and it instantly lifts my mood. Love this look, so bold!

    Wow! I love your style:-) you effortlessly rock that yellow dress... I'm trying to be bold by stepping out in brighter colours other than the usual various shades of Brown/black. But being a size 12/14, how do I wear brighter colours without looking like an expanding balloon!?!
